How much CBD should I consume?

How much CBD to take will depend on a number of factors, including the reason for taking CBD, the scale of the issue the CBD will help with and the size and age of the consumer.

We would suggest starting with 20mg per day and increasing the dose until you find your sweet spot – the level of CBD that sufficiently reduces the symptoms or meets the desired level of well-being.

20mg of CBD is equivalent to 2 drops of 1000mg oil twice a day.

What’s the best method of taking CBD?

How you take CBD is down to personal preference. Golfers CBD products are designed to be easily consumed on the golf course. The main consideration is how quickly the CBD will affect you, the oil under the tongue will enter your bloodstream in around 15 minutes whereas consuming a capsule or gummy sweet will take nearer an hour.

This can be confusing but the important calculation is the percentage of CBD. Our 1000mg oil comes in a 10ml bottle, resulting in a 10% strength. Some companies sell 1000mg oil in a 30ml bottle, by using additional carrier fluid resulting in one third the strength at around 3.3%. Or to put it another way you need to take 3 times as much to gain the same benefits from the CBD. For golfers with experience using CBD that prefer a stronger dose, we offer higher strengths as well.
